I suggest you look to the Shannon Pot in northwest Ireland. Beneath it I believe you will find a space that suits you rather well, and an existing portal you may be able to bend to your needs.

It is not clear if you can expect it to be protected. I would be interested to know if it is. So, prepare appropriately. Our exchange can be completed once you have taken the space.
